Description

β€’ Maintain and optimize the Salesforce environment, including user management, data integrity, and system configuration. β€’ Manage and optimize the integration and utilization of key sales tools such as Zoominfo, Outreach, Apollo, Chili Piper, and Clari, ensuring seamless operation with Salesforce. β€’ Provide support for Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), including configuration, pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates. β€’ Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and manage sales forecasting processes, leveraging Clari and Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely predictions. β€’ Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline management, and key metrics. β€’ Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Propose and implement enhancements in Salesforce and associated tools. β€’ Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams to ensure they are maximizing the potential of the tools and processes at their disposal. β€’ Work closely with marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support for the sales organization.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration and optimization. β€’ Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including custom object creation, workflow automation, and complex reporting. Salesforce CPQ experience is required. β€’ Proven experience with Zoominfo, Outreach, Apollo, Chili Piper, Clari, and other sales operations tools. Experience with additional tools like LeanData, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus. β€’ Strong ability to analyze sales data, create meaningful reports and dashboards, and derive actionable insights to support sales strategy. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support sales teams. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions. β€’ Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications are preferred.
