Description

• Serve as subject matter expert in credit union lending ecosystems and technology • Provide comprehensive support and consultation to sales partners and credit unions • Work partnership with assigned credit unions for financial wellbeing • Build and nurture partnerships with credit union management and staff • Partner with internal stakeholders for strategic initiatives • Manage assigned territory using economic and financial data • Provide expertise on digital lending landscape and optimization opportunities • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth • Execute credit union recommendations through change management • Gather information to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions • Provide coaching and support to credit union management and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field • Demonstrated knowledge of financial service-related products and overall operations • Use of data analysis skills with critical thinking to derive actionable insights • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks • Demonstrated consultation, facilitation, and presentation skills • Life and Health insurance resident license (must earn within 90 days if not currently licensed) • Demonstrated deep understanding of the ADKAR Prosci methodology • 10 Years of lending/management experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
