• Develop a comprehensive strategy for core textbook adoptions. • Analyze state adoption cycles, product roadmap alignment, and competitive landscape. • Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and execution. • Lead the operations related to core textbook adoptions. • Lead development of state-specific playbooks. • Establish KPIs and metrics for evaluating success. • Work on annual adoptions budget and manage expenses. • Develop annual team goals and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. • Mentor and manage a geographically diverse, remote staff. • Empower team members through delegation and skill development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies for textbook adoptions and educational materials. • Strong understanding of state education standards and adoption processes. • Proven team building and personnel management skills. • Ability to manage conflict effectively and drive solutions. • Possess strong judgment and decisiveness. • Ongoing learner who incorporates new concepts quickly. • Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and develop creative solutions. • Results-oriented leader comfortable in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and strong work ethic. • Strong organization and communication skills. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, and other business applications.
