β€’ Measure the existing markets and company's share. β€’ Identify new markets and the need for new products. β€’ Expand share of market with existing and new accounts. β€’ Develop sales strategies that will produce maximum market penetration. β€’ Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. β€’ Responsible for meeting assigned revenue objectives. β€’ Formulate sales policies. β€’ Establish and maintains close personal contact with top echelon customers. β€’ Ensure the effective use of the sales accountability program throughout the division. β€’ Interpret long and short-term effect on sales strategies in operating profit. β€’ Establish sales training program.

Requirements

β€’ Must have established industry contacts and experience selling in the territory. β€’ Degree in Engineering or similar Technical Certificate required. β€’ Minimum 5 years outside sales experience selling Pressure Relief Valves is required. β€’ Experience in managing independent distributor network required. β€’ Strong Computer skill required. β€’ Strong understanding of fluid and/or process systems. β€’ Confidence and experience in the delivery of presentations. β€’ Experience in development and executing business plans. β€’ Experienced in qualifying sales opportunities, negotiating and closing the sale. β€’ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Must combine a strong personality with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
