Description

• Record a diverse range of daily financial transactions with precision, ensuring they are accurately reflected in our ledgers • Utilize your deep knowledge of NetSuite/Fulfil/SAP/Oracle financial functionalities to perform all bookkeeping tasks, maintaining data integrity and accuracy • Conduct thorough reconciliations of sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k contributions, and bank accounts, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies • Work closely with the finance team to align on financial operations, share insights, and support overall financial strategies • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to our current accounting processes, driving efficiency and accuracy • Assist in the precise preparation of tax returns, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines • Perform periodic audits to ensure financial transactions are fairly and accurately represented, maintaining high standards of financial reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience and expertise in utilizing NetSuite/Fulfil/SAP/Oracle financial functionalities • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and reliability in all financial records • Ability to comprehend and manage complex financial transactions, ensuring they are correctly and thoroughly documented • A strong affinity for routine tasks, combined with a proactive approach to process improvements • Previous experience conducting audits to ensure financial accuracy and integrity • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively and work well within a team • A history of recommending and implementing process enhancements in the accounting field
