• Lead a team of procurement professionals • Main procurement point of contact • Lead all aspects of procurement • Deliver value through strategic sourcing • Develop client category strategy • Manage supplier relationships and performance • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders • Produce targeted communications for senior leadership • Manage resources for project tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred • 7-10+ years of relevant procurement experience • Certifications: CPSM, CIPS, C.P.M. • Effective interviewing, active listening, and presentation skills • Strategic and innovative thinking • Prior management experience • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities • Deep understanding of Facilities Management and/or Project Development Services • Strong negotiation skills • Knowledge of effective supplier risk management techniques
