• Responsible to manage a group of associates and day to day activities • Oversee associates and operations ensuring work is completed • Provide leadership to staff, maximizing technology and improving processes • Develop training and ensure ongoing education for each associate • Create and maintain trust with team members, leadership, and clients • Handle monthly billing for Portfolio Administration services • Provide superior client service to internal and external clients • Recommend policies and procedures to drive improvements • Continuously seek business expansion opportunities • Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership • Execute special projects as assigned by senior leadership
