• Point B is a business innovation firm that takes the guesswork out of transformation. • The Senior Certinia Application Administrator leads the administration, optimization, and support of our Certinia solution within Salesforce. • They are responsible for technical leadership and ensuring system stability and alignment with company objectives. • Design, implement, and oversee technical solutions to meet business requirements and improve system functionality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement solutions. • Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical skills. • Participate in Agile activities, managing multiple projects and tasks using project management tools.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of applicable Salesforce and Certinia administration and support experience. • Proven experience in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Certinia ERP and PSA modules across multiple environments. • Advanced knowledge of Certinia and Salesforce architecture, data modeling, development practices, and integration methodologies. • Ability to navigate Apex and Visual force code for advanced troubleshooting and system analysis. • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules. • Hands-on experience with data migrations, integration tools, reporting tools, and APIs. • Strong understanding of user access, permissions, profiles, roles, and data security within Certinia and Salesforce. • Deep experience with implementing and managing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience participating in or leading Agile teams.
