📋 Description

• The Senior NetSuite Administrator will lead the Order Management Systems team, driving the strategic direction, maintenance, and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP system. • This role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of NetSuite with business processes, optimizing order management workflows, and mentoring junior administrators. • Provide advanced NetSuite support, troubleshooting complex issues and driving continuous improvement. • Implement and enforce security policies, role-based access, and data governance best practices. • Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct end user training to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with a focus on order management and fulfillment. • NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent experience required. • Experience leading a team or mentoring junior administrators strongly preferred. • Advanced knowledge of NetSuite modules, including Order Management, Finance, SuiteCommerce, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory. • Strong background in NetSuite customization, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics. • Experience with eCommerce, inventory management, and third-party integrations in NetSuite. • Familiarity with Celigo, ShipHero, or Pipe17 a plus. • Proven ability to manage complex projects, analyze business processes, and implement scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, analytical, solution-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams. • Experience in process development, SOP documentation, and change management.
