📋 Description

•Responsible for reviewing leased and owned property documents •Compiling and maintaining critical location data •Ensure proper document management measures are followed •Review client invoices and confirm calculations are correct •Conduct desktop audits, analyze charges for accuracy •Directly responsible for dispute resolution with landlords •Manage the subtenant process including rent collection •Assist managers with timely financial and critical date reports •Train new associates and provide guidance to others

🎯 Requirements

•Review, abstract, and/or perform quality control data audits of documents •Ensure proper document management measures are followed •Review client invoices in conjunction with lease requirements •Conduct desktop audits of Year-End Common Area Maintenance (CAM) •Responsible for ensuring the financial obligations of Clients is accurate •Oversee and manage the subtenant process •Communicate frequently with internal and external partners •Request and process certificates of insurance •Review Estoppels and Subordination Non-Disturbance Agreements (SNDA’s) •Regularly exercises good judgment in responding to inquiries
