Description

• Provide leadership and supervision within the global transitions team • Direct new business onboarding by coordinating with facility management and clients • Set up bank accounts, accounting software, and implement accounting processes • Communicate risks & opportunities to finance/accounting leadership during transitions • Liaise with technology and other departments • Review contract language for client billing and budget

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred • 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong knowledge of Yardi software preferred • Strong MS Office Proficiency • Financial reporting for multiple entities preferred • Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills • Exceptional delegation skills • Ability to train, mentor and coach others effectively • Results oriented with strong sense of urgency
