Description

• Provide project management for customer onboarding and implementation. • Manage spencer inventory and consumable shipping and tracking. • Respond to escalation requests, offering exceptional support through active listening, issue comprehension, and effective problem-solving. • Communicate important information, updates, and release notes to all customers. • Develop and maintain a new employee training experience. • Become an expert Custom Health user and stay updated on all new feature releases. • Create product training materials for both internal and external knowledge bases. • Provide internal and external product education as needed. • Travel required (25%). • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or a combination of education and relevant experience. • Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple customer issues under tight deadlines. • Ability to quickly analyze issues and determine the best course of action using available resources. • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. • Capability to explain technical concepts and theories to non-technical audiences. • Genuine commitment to delivering best-in-class customer and technical support.
