•Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the overall marketing plan to promote customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. •Create and execute targeted push notifications, in-app, and email campaigns that drive user engagement and conversions for clients' apps. •Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform marketing and product teams and guide growth decisions. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, writing, and data analysis to create a seamless customer experience. •Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our CRM services.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or mobile marketing •Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns •Experience with marketing automation platforms and mobile CRM systems (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Clevertap, Batch, Airship, Iterable, etc.) •Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously •Strong data analysis skills and ability to leverage data for marketing decisions •Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
