Description

β€’ Provide support to ensure seamless integration to/from Taleo with existing HCM systems. β€’ Develop reports, perform end-to-end testing of Integrations and Reports. β€’ Support new development of Integrations and Reports as well as enhancements to existing reports and processes. β€’ Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test results. β€’ Prepare and deliver documents for peer review. β€’ Monitor related issues during various project phases and work with the team on issue resolution. β€’ Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. β€’ Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. β€’ Identify resources required for each task. β€’ Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff. β€’ Participate with TS teams in the software development life cycle for financials application, Procurement, Workflow, other financials products and self-service applications. β€’ Provide responsive support to production issues. β€’ Perform project management or implementation assistance for new software products. β€’ Process customer requests, gather requirements, design and perform application setups, assist with technical development, perform unit testing and production setups. β€’ Prepare appropriate documentation and provide efficient and effective solutions to meet business needs and maintain validity of system controls and data integrity. β€’ Provide support for system administration, implementations, user training and documenting business processes. β€’ Provide guidance and advice for process reengineering. β€’ Set up/customizing Workflows and Self-Service modules. β€’ Work effectively as a team member and provide excellent support to client users. β€’ Administer HCM/CRM application security.

Requirements

β€’ At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies. β€’ The ability to modify Integrations and create new Integrations as well as configure Taleo integration settings and APIs β€’ Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests β€’ Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configuration β€’ Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems β€’ Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data
