β’ Provide support to ensure seamless integration to/from Taleo with existing HCM systems. β’ Develop reports, perform end-to-end testing of Integrations and Reports. β’ Support new development of Integrations and Reports as well as enhancements to existing reports and processes. β’ Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test results. β’ Prepare and deliver documents for peer review. β’ Monitor related issues during various project phases and work with the team on issue resolution. β’ Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. β’ Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. β’ Identify resources required for each task. β’ Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff. β’ Participate with TS teams in the software development life cycle for financials application, Procurement, Workflow, other financials products and self-service applications. β’ Provide responsive support to production issues. β’ Perform project management or implementation assistance for new software products. β’ Process customer requests, gather requirements, design and perform application setups, assist with technical development, perform unit testing and production setups. β’ Prepare appropriate documentation and provide efficient and effective solutions to meet business needs and maintain validity of system controls and data integrity. β’ Provide support for system administration, implementations, user training and documenting business processes. β’ Provide guidance and advice for process reengineering. β’ Set up/customizing Workflows and Self-Service modules. β’ Work effectively as a team member and provide excellent support to client users. β’ Administer HCM/CRM application security.
β’ At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies. β’ The ability to modify Integrations and create new Integrations as well as configure Taleo integration settings and APIs β’ Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests β’ Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configuration β’ Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems β’ Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data
