• Why work for CVRx? • CVRx pioneers unique therapies that harness and harmonize the body’s natural systems. • A day in the life: • As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role that combines market development expertise with hands-on technical support. • Residency within a commutable distance of the Atlanta, GA Metro area is required for consideration. • Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals. • Maintains a thorough understanding of complex physiological and technical principles pertaining to CVRx technologies and therapies. • Supports implants and follow-up procedures and visits. • Provides troubleshooting and other technical assistance to clinical trials personnel and CVRx employees. • Provides support to clinical investigators in assigned institutions. • Represents CVRx, Inc. devices in front of leading cardiologists and hypertension specialists. • Provides on-call clinical support as needed, troubleshooting. • Provides R&D support through the communication of investigator feedback on product enhancements or new product development ideas. • Delivers training programs for other clinical staff. • Support Clinical Research function to ensure high quality follow-up and completeness of data.

Requirements

• BS/University degree in health sciences or engineering. • 7+ years of experience in medical device industry or academic experience or clinical experience with medical devices. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff. • Ability to master concepts of a medical & surgical nature and that of active implantable medical device technology • Independent, self-motivated, self-starter. • Advanced degree preferred. • Experience with products dealing with advanced heart failure, cardiology and/or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices highly preferred. • Healthcare experience is beneficial. • Prefer a proven track record with clinical trial and technical training assignments. • Knowledge of market with clear understanding of competitive devices, strategies, advantages/disadvantages as they relate to the company’s devices. • Ability to interact with R&D to represent customer perspective in order to provide input on product enhancements and new product development.
