• Responsible for addressing pharmacy contract non-compliance allegations • Review non-compliance allegations and make outreach to pharmacies • Provide detailed written responses to plan sponsor/participant concerns

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or Retail Pharmacy • 1+ years of conflict resolution experience • 2+ years of MS Office applications • Certified Pharmacy Technician • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of pharmacy operating system and claims adjudication software • Strong organization and time management skills • Assertive, self-starter who can make decisions independently
