Description

• Provide engineering support for Digital Experience Monitoring platforms. • Work with developers and stakeholders to implement monitoring solutions. • Monitor technology trends and serve as a subject matter expert. • Perform root cause detection and troubleshooting in Endpoint and Real User technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in engineering or operations role. • 2+ years' experience with implementation of applications in the digital experience monitoring space (Aternity, NextThink, AppD, Zscaler ZDX). • 2+ years' experience in scripting and with software developer tools and API development. • Experience operating in a Safe/Agile environment. • Preferred: 4+ years' experience in digital experience monitoring space. • Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and/or PowerBI.
