Description
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards • Ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, healthcare systems, and BI tools
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role • 3+ years Healthcare Managed Care experience • MUST have experience with EPIC Clarity Module • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
