• The primary purpose of this role is to design, develop and maintain BI Solutions in the Consumer Banking area using Snowflake, Tableau, and other tools in the portfolio. • Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, including data modeling, schema design, and ETL processes. • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake. • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data insights and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. • Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies, and implement solutions to address them. • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements in all data warehouse solutions and BI dashboards. • Monitor and optimize the performance of Snowflake databases and Tableau dashboards to ensure optimal performance and scalability. • Document technical specifications, data models, and ETL processes for reference and knowledge sharing. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data warehousing, business intelligence, Snowflake, and Tableau. • Work in an Agile environment, handle deliverables assigned in a sprint, work with JIRA to update stories and participate in agile rituals like sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint retrospective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field is required. • (4) years of total experience with BI technologies such as Snowflake, Tableau, and SQL. • Prior experience in a technology field is a must. • Prior experience in banking, credit union or financial services industries is strongly preferred. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Big Query. • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a field related to Consumer Banking products including auto loans (both direct and indirect), personal loans, student loans, and credit cards is preferred. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. • Extensive experience in demonstrating initiative-taking, decision-making, and creativity solving business problems.
