• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations. • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization. • Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders. • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling, systems analysis, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. • Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst. • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, matrixed organization. • Proficiency in data reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau). • Strong knowledge of productivity tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies. • Experience with finance and call center operations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and relate to customers. • Proven ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
