📋 Description
• Lead Director negotiates and executes contracts with health care providers. • Conducts high-level reviews and analysis of contracts. • Manages contract performance and supports value-based relationships. • Recruits providers for network expansion and adequacy targets. • Collaborates cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing activities. • Identifies and manages cost issues and initiates cost-saving initiatives. • Serves as SME for less experienced team members. • Provides network development and management activity support.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of related health care experience in health operations, network relations/negotiations and development. • Command of financials and pricing strategies. • Experience with sales interface. • Location in Southern California is highly preferred. • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
