• Lead CVS Health's payer relations strategy and partnerships • Grow and expand eligible payer member base and relationships • Oversee Medicare Advantage payor programs and new service lines • Drive value-based care program implementation and management • Consult on contracting and provider performance discussions
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in population health management, value-based care, or related fields • Strong understanding of Medicare and commercial payment models • Prior experience in ACOs or related value-based arrangements • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations • Experience in healthcare program implementation • Strong financial acumen and data literacy • Ability to travel 1-2 times monthly as needed • Proven relationship-building ability with senior leaders
