• We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Data Platform to lead the development and management of the organization’s enterprise data platform. • The Senior Director will oversee the architecture, governance, and integration of data systems to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing data infrastructure. • This role is critical for driving data strategy, supporting business intelligence, and ensuring seamless access to data for analytics and decision-making across the company.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements. • Extensive experience in data architecture, data engineering, and platform management, with a track record of designing and scaling enterprise-level data platforms. • Strong expertise in data pipelines, ETL processes, data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data processing. • Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks). • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. • Proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams with diverse technical skill sets. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business executives and technical teams. • Strong project management experience and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
