Description

• Oversight for strategy and delivery of analytic services in support of Vizient hospitals • Drive insights from data across company data systems and domains • Deliver data analytics and services to fulfill reporting and analytic needs to lines of business in areas of operations • Mentor and train provider staff responsible for use and improvement of data reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) systems • Collaborate with services development and delivery for data analytic services • Ensure integration and alignment of activities with all analytics teams • Provide analytical support for provider performance improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred • 10 or more years of relevant experience required • Experience working with healthcare data required • Advanced capabilities in Excel including macros and PowerPoint required • Strong presentation and communication skills required • Strong leadership and people management skills with an ability to lead projects • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools desired • Performance Improvement / Project Management experience desired • Knowledge of Vizient analytical tools including the Clinical Data Base (CDB) and Procedural Analytics highly preferred • Willingness to travel
