• Lead Director for Strategic Programs, managing transformative initiatives for operational effectiveness • Oversee planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they deliver value and meet deadlines • Act as primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners • Monitor KPIs and service performance metrics • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and clients • Provide guidance on corrective actions as necessary • Lead resolution efforts for critical issues and escalations • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies • Implement process improvements to drive efficiency, quality and performance • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop collaborative leaders

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience • Strong domain knowledge of accounting, finance or finance ops in a healthcare environment • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and complex processes • Prior consulting experience in a similar role is highly preferred • Problem solver with strong analytical and quantitative orientation • Charismatic relationship builder with strong passion for innovation and transformation • Proactive, planful, and result-driven with highest level of attention to detail • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written presentation abilities • Strong meeting facilitator with ability to drive consensus across competing points of view • Ability to generate enthusiasm, commitment, and alignment • Influence stakeholders without authority • Understand the big picture and influence stakeholder outcomes • Communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent both verbally and written • Prepare materials and presentations with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate potential issues early and adjust priorities as needed
