Description

• Provide customer service in CVS Customer Relations and CVS retail pharmacy stores • Respond to customer calls in a manner reflective of the company's purpose and values • Serve as a customer advocate when responding to inquiries about company procedures or policies • Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns

Requirements

• Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance • Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment • Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications
