β€’ Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments β€’ Respond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned and missed calls from customers β€’ Respond to customer requests (email, webchat, text) to resolve issues β€’ Deliver call scripts clearly, be compelling, and personable β€’ Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably β€’ Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information. β€’ Communicate with dispatch to ensure customers receive 5 Star Service β€’ Provide additional support to the team as needed

Requirements

β€’ HS Diploma or GED β€’ 2+ year of customer service experience in a phone based role β€’ Experience working in the home services industry preferred β€’ Multitask by completing phone and computer work simultaneously β€’ Capability to type at least 40 WPM β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite β€’ Clear, kind, and energetic phone presence β€’ Ability to work fast paced and remain organized β€’ Must be a U.S. Resident
