β€’ Responsible for the delivery of exemplary service in the call center β€’ Explain retirement plan provisions and technology offerings β€’ Interact with the Service team to resolve complaints or concerns β€’ Field calls from clients to provide support on products and services β€’ Identify, research, and document participant questions or concerns β€’ Escalate issues affecting the EPIC RPS client base

Requirements

β€’ Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals β€’ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence β€’ Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with clients β€’ Positive attitude and professional demeanor β€’ Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations β€’ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables β€’ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form β€’ Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
