Description

• Integral member of ETPRM Operations team • Monitor and implement compliance with ETPRM requirements • Advocate for ETPRM program and influence operational risk management practices • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and synthesize ETPRM process requirements • Support communications to increase awareness and engagement with Business Owners • Act as initial point of triage for escalation requests • Monitor business adherence to ETPRM requirements • Lead ETPRM Operational program evolution and maturation initiatives • Assist with enhancing current ETPRM intake activities • Build relationships and influence across departments

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant risk or assurance experience • Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proven written and oral communication skills • Project based role experience • organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities
