Description
• Responsible for risk management, risk mitigation, and claim subrogation for residential real estate insurance product • Manage, prevent and mitigate potential renter default claims through customer outreach • Understand claim components, move-out statements, lease contracts, and ledger information • Negotiate recovery payments with renters to collect debt • Communicate with customers to navigate lease changes and requests • Use a CRM program and various outreach programs to execute and automate outreach process • Communicate and assist property owners and property managers • Review and improve communication templates • Collaborate with claim mitigation vendors
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Team player with strong problem solving skills • Self-starter with exceptional work ethic, motivation, and results-orientedness
