• Implement standardization strategies for the program across all markets • Maintain the QPT Program • Organize monthly market leader touchpoints • Host bi-weekly calls with the QPT team • Facilitate twice a week drop-in sessions with Program Leader • Provide micro trainings on program elements • Implement change management strategies • Monitor and evaluate established KPI's
Requirements
• 8+ years of managed care experience preferably in Quality Management, Operations, or Provider Relations • Clinical Licensure Preferred • CPHQ Preferred
