• Medical Director (Cardiology) role that can be remote based. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Cardiology specialty. • Support Medical Management staff for member and provider responses. • Lead utilization review/quality assurance, directing case management. • Act as liaison to network providers for medical services programs. • Responsible for predetermination reviews and claim determinations.
Requirements
• 2 or more years of experience in Health Care Delivery System. • Active and current state medical license without encumbrances. • M.D. or D.O., Board Certification in Cardiology specialty.
