• Support activities related to Medicare Part B end-to-end claims processing • Ensure CVS compliance to CMS requirements • Collect and validate prescriber documentation via outreach • Maintain and manage a central data repository • Perform root cause analysis and provide findings/suggestions • Assist in developing action plans for operational improvement • Provide Medicare Part B claim adjudication support as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years (retail pharmacy, PBM, account management) • 1+ years of professional MS Office experience • 1+ years of professional MS Access experience • Excellent diagnostic and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and tactfully
