Description

• CVS Health seeks Observability Strategy and Governance Managers for enterprise observability governance. • Oversee planning and management of observability platforms and financial management. • Align observability strategies with business and IT objectives. • Establish standards and best practices for observability tools and platforms. • Maintain compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. • Engage with business partners to understand their observability needs. • Lead observability programs, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives. • Oversee risk management related to observability platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology governance, strategy, operations, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in data and process analysis. • Proven experience managing technology budgets and financials. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Real-world experience evaluating and rationalizing applications and tools. • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools. • Excellent project management skills. • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written. • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
