• Ensure product teams can measure the success of features across website and app • Collaborates with product teams to understand feature value and success metrics • Translates Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents • Leverages analytics tools and techniques to analyze data from digital and call channels • Provides insights to enhance user experience and drive better engagement • Conducts user journey analysis and evaluates usability of websites or apps • Promotes digital analytics knowledge through professional development and training • Ensures data accuracy and integrity through governance initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working with product management team • 1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool • 2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards • 1+ years of experience identifying success metrics • Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics (Preferred) • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills • Experience with Safe/agile delivery
