• Review documentation and interpret clinical data for high utilization of care. • Develop data-driven strategies for behavioral health benefits. • Manage data flows and HEDIS reporting requirements. • Conduct analyses to assess performance and improvement opportunities. • Create process maps and assess current practices for quality management.
Requirements
• Must reside in FL. • Active clinical behavioral health license in FL. • 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health or mental health. • Experience with Medicaid managed care and HEDIS. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Skills in statistical analysis and data interpretation. • Exceptional communication skills in various settings. • Ability to work independently and multitask.
