• Designs and implements a quality management strategy meeting constituent expectations. • Participates in development and implementation of Quality Management plans and accreditation activities. • Analyzes and reports on health plan activities and performance. • Supports accreditation for health plan, health equity, and long-term services. • Measures adherence to clinical preventive health guidelines. • Leads CAHPS improvement activities. • Performs quantitative and qualitative data analysis to meet operational targets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in managed care quality and/or 5 years in Medicaid managed care. • 1-2 years leading/managing performance improvement projects and/or direct quality NCQA accreditation. • Must be analytical and able to interpret data. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Must communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in managed care quality. • Must live in FL.
