β€’ Designs and implements a quality management strategy meeting constituent expectations. β€’ Participates in development and implementation of Quality Management plans and accreditation activities. β€’ Analyzes and reports on health plan activities and performance. β€’ Supports accreditation for health plan, health equity, and long-term services. β€’ Measures adherence to clinical preventive health guidelines. β€’ Leads CAHPS improvement activities. β€’ Performs quantitative and qualitative data analysis to meet operational targets.

Requirements

β€’ At least 3 years experience in managed care quality and/or 5 years in Medicaid managed care. β€’ 1-2 years leading/managing performance improvement projects and/or direct quality NCQA accreditation. β€’ Must be analytical and able to interpret data. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. β€’ Must communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in managed care quality. β€’ Must live in FL.
