• Responsible for reporting operational, financial, clinical, and performance improvement data. • Ensures key performance indicators (KPIs) and data sources are developed and maintained. • Serves as an expert in data and produces customized reporting using analytics platforms.
Requirements
• Six to eight years of related experience • Applies extensive technical expertise in principle discipline and broad knowledge in related disciplines • High level knowledge of the system development life cycle, database management languages, relational databases, change management, and testing processes • Approaches expert level on the business processes, workflow, and data model of at least three major operational, financial, or clinical areas • Expert knowledge of the interactions between all reporting, scheduling, and data movement applications • Ability to make and coordinate modifications to existing functionality on all reporting platforms • Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple complex technical projects • Basic knowledge of database monitoring and intermediate knowledge of SQL tuning tools and processes • Intermediate level expertise in all major reporting platforms used by Enterprise Analytics • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
