📋 Description
• Senior Manager – Data Protection Operations role overseeing data protection technologies • Lead a team of security engineers managing Zero Trust and DLP solutions • Ensure the integrity and security of sensitive data across enterprise systems • Work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business units
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Data and Cloud security domains • 3+ years of experience in DLP and/or Zero Trust tools and technologies (e.g Microsoft Purview, Zscaler, BigID, Symantec) • 5+ years of experience with cloud security solutions (CASB) is highly preferred • 3+ years of experience with managing a security operations team in large-scale, complex environments • Experience with data security and privacy regulatory compliance frameworks and standards such as PCI, HIPAA, NIST, FIPS 140-2, GDPR, CCPA • Passionate understanding and working knowledge of data protection fundamentals and risk-based approach to information security • Continuous improvement mindset for file-tuning processes and controls, and to increase efficiency across the team • 3+ years in a leadership role and performance management
