ServiceNow Product Owner - Procurement

Description
• Lead design and implementation of procurement processes within ServiceNow platform. • Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for ServiceNow procurement products. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for process improvement. • Translate business needs into actionable product features and user stories. • Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes. • Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on changing priorities. • Configure and customize ServiceNow Procurement modules to align with requirements. • Define and document procurement policies, procedures, and workflows. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user interface meets expectations. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users. • Monitor effectiveness of procurement processes and implement corrective actions. • Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in total & 3+ years with ServiceNow product application. • Experience managing Source-to-Pay application suite within ServiceNow platform. • 4+ years of experience supporting procurement processes. • 3+ years of experience with procurement processes including requisitioning, purchasing, vendor management, and contract management. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Procurement modules. • Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in project management. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field. • Professional certifications in procurement, project management, or ServiceNow administration are a plus. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Procurement certification.
