• Tax Manager role in CVS Health • Collaborate with stakeholders in a large organization • Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provision • Prepare tax account reconciliations • Assist in Federal and State tax compliance preparation process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate tax in public accounting and/or industry • Strong ASC 740 experience • Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance • Broad understanding of federal and state income taxation (preferred) • Experience with Subpart F, GILTI, FTC and other international taxation (preferred) • Strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately • Experience with Corporate Tax provision and/or compliance software (preferred) • Experience with S4 HANA or similar ERP systems (preferred)
