Requirements
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in leading large engineering teams within a fast-paced, enterprise environment. • Proven track record of success in defining and executing technical vision and roadmaps for Cloud, Enterprise Compute & Storage, Database, and Middleware technologies. • In-depth understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle OCI) is highly preferred. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. • A passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
