Description

• Cyara is the world’s leading Automated CX Assurance Platform provider. • Helping brands across the globe deliver better CX with less effort, cost, and risk. • Supports entire CX software development lifecycle from design to production monitoring. • Ensures flawless customer journeys across voice and digital channels while reducing risks. • Seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across channels. • Role involves crafting compelling designs that elevate the brand and engage audiences. • Reporting to the VP of Content Marketing and collaborating with marketing and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise technology environment. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma (or similar), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint). • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative skills, including digital, print, and branding projects. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and receive feedback constructively. • Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that balance business objectives with artistic creativity. • Meticulous in the execution of design elements, from typography to layout and color.
