• Overview: We are a multi-award winning Reg tech company on a mission to transform the quality of regulatory reporting in the financial services industry. • Job summary: Kaizen’s Senior AWS Devops Engineer will be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in Amazon Web Services.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of: • Amazon Web Services Software development lifecycle best practices • Systems architecture, design and development • Version Control tools (Git, GitHub, Code Commit) • Infrastructure-As-Code (Cloud formation, CDK) • Advanced Python/Shell programming and scripting • Good understanding of: • Test-driven development • Containers and Cluster Managers (Docker) • Database architecture • ETL • Agile principles, processes and tools • Understanding of: • Big Data • Machine Learning • Advanced Analytics • Ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language depending on the audience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to be a “big picture” thinker
