📋 Description
• Work as a part of the Growth Team, reporting directly to the Growth Head. • Play a key role in the private label vertical of the company. • Responsible for leading the relationship with ecommerce marketplaces in multiple jurisdictions. • Accountable for account health and hygiene across all platforms, ensuring operational metrics are within desired thresholds. • Expected to grow marketplace relationships and identify growth opportunities for better visibility and efficiencies.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in managing ecommerce marketplaces for private label or D2C businesses, preferably with global exposure. • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail, along with critical and analytical skills. • Ability to manage relationships with multiple marketplaces around the world. • Experience in fast-paced environments like startups or new business divisions preferred. • Mindset of working with incremental improvements and openness to learn new things quickly. • Result-focused and willing to experiment within accountability. • Solution-oriented with the ability to think clearly, logically, and laterally when faced with a problem. • Ability to communicate freely and fluently in a remote team.
