• Work remotely anywhere in the UK! • Engage with the market and customers to derive actionable insights that drive product development. • Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. • Manage product delivery, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver exceptional products. • Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success. • Articulate the key benefits and value proposition of the product to internal and external stakeholders. • Lead agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Must have demonstrable product management experience in a tech startup environment. • Highly self-motivated, has worked with both extremely creative and methodological people. • Proven track record of independently managing a product and delivering successful results. • Understanding of the technical architecture of modern mobile, web apps and APIs. • Skilled with story design and estimation, with user stories and acceptance criteria. • Experience in Agile teams, managing product backlogs/roadmaps. • Attention to detail, ability to prioritise and follow through on tasks. • Additional desirable skills: • Experience in a B2B tech startup. • Data Science experience. • Product design, UX or UI experience. • Cybersecurity experience. • Experience defining a vision and strategy for a product, or part of a product.
