📋 Description

• Come join the company reinventing data security, empowering businesses to realize the full potential of their data. • We are seeking a (Senior) GTM Recruiter to join our growing People team. • Responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment function for Sales, playing a meaningful role as a company ambassador. • Focus on hiring for sales roles such as Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Sales Engineers. • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a constant pipeline. • Implement recruiting strategies that support our diversity hiring goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a startup, technology, or data security company; Previous experience hiring for sales roles is a must • Familiarity with cybersecurity or data security is highly preferred • Strong sourcing abilities across multiple platforms, with the ability to attract passive talent • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Comeet preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools • Understanding of the sales process and key competencies required for sales success (SaaS sales, solution selling, etc.) • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, extremely high-growth environment with the flexibility to manage changing priorities • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
