📋 Description

• Join Cyera, the data security platform for the cloud era. • Take ownership of complex legal, business, and strategic matters. • Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of agreements. • Support cross-functional initiatives with legal templates and playbooks. • Provide strategic legal advice on complex commercial matters. • Partner closely with business teams to resolve contract issues. • Translate legal concepts into actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders. • Advise on privacy and data protection frameworks. • Stay current on emerging areas of regulation and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree with admission to at least one U.S. state bar in good standing. • 5+ years of experience, with a strong background in commercial law and technology transactions—ideally in-house at a fast-paced tech company. • Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements without a playbook. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely. • A proactive team player who thrives on collaboration, creative problem-solving, and a business-minded approach to legal issues. • Comfortable working at speed and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
