Description
• Lead the Life Sciences Platform’s efforts to develop and implement strategies that promote environmental responsibility and sustainability • Work across departments to integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of the business • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and drive initiatives that reduce carbon footprint
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred with broad knowledge of the Life Sciences industry • 7+ years of experience in sustainability or related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role • Demonstrated experience developing/implementing a sustainability program • Proven experience building strong trusted relationships in a global, highly matrixed, environment • Mastery of continuous process improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma)
