Description
• Lead strategies promoting environmental responsibility and sustainability • Work across departments to integrate sustainable practices • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations • Drive initiatives to reduce the company’s carbon footprint • Develop and implement a sustainability program for Life Sciences Platform Operating Companies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred • 7+ years of experience in sustainability or related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role • Demonstrated experience developing/implementing a sustainability program • Proven experience building strong trusted relationships in a global, highly matrixed, environment • Mastery of continuous process improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma)
