Description
• Define and drive strategic direction of the company • Oversee development and implementation of strategic initiatives • Analyze market trends and work closely with senior leadership • Responsible for developing new global biomarker strategy • Identify new clinical applications for hematology systems • Oversee execution of strategic initiatives and projects • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred with 14+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results • Solid understanding of FDA requirements and product development process guidelines in a global regulatory environment • Domestic and international travel required, 25% estimated
